Q10 & Vitamin E

This helps protect skin cells from ultra violet light, pollution, drugs, and other elements that produce cell damaging free radicals.

According to dietician Lisa Hughes, “Vitamin E and Co-enzyme Q10 are found in many leading (and expensive) skincare products and anti-wrinkle serums. The antioxidant properties of CoQ10 have it being promoted as a topical treatment to reduce the depth of facial wrinkles.”
